Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adolfo Carneiro got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Aires FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Pedroso came free, but Sérgio Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sérgio Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Pedroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Cogominho FC's Rodrigo Santarém got control of the ball when Catarino Moreira tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Adolfo Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Fonseca having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Aires FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Oliveira. Catarino Moreira's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Rodrigo Santarém skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sérgio Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Pedroso in the 38th minute of the match. Cogominho FC's Mariano Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Carlos Pedroso made the kick off in the second half. If Catarino Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cogominho FC's Rodrigo Santarém played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Carneiro in the 57th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rafael Torres during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 62 played minutes Aires FC got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Torres. 64 minutes into the game, Adolfo Carneiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rodrigo Santarém was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rodrigo Santarém made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Carneiro in the 70th minute of play. If André Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Carlos Pedroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Machado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sérgio Fonseca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Aires FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
