Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cristóvão Borges kicked off to start the match. When Tostao's Xavier Fonseca in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Mouronho's goalie prevented a goal. When Tostao's Artur Faria in 17 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. João Correia guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After a rather tough play, SC Mouronho's Jaime Dias got a free kick in the 20th minute. José Matias was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. João Borba kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Xavier Fonseca took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Correia. João Correia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. João Borba charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Borba the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. SC Mouronho's João Correia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xavier Fonseca in the 41st minute of play. If Cristóvão Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45thth minute of the game Cristóvão Borges who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Mouronho's João Correia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xavier Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basílio Pinto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Diogo Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Borba, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Luís Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Tostao's goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Pinto came free, but Diogo Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Basílio Pinto made a precise shot to the right of Diogo Pedroso. Tostao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Luís Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Pedroso having to interfere. Xavier Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. João Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristóvão Borges in the 66th minute of the match. The supporters of SC Mouronho booed when Tostao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inácio Queirós was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 70th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Lucas Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Luís Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 85 minutes, Basílio Pinto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Mouronho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basílio Pinto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristóvão Borges in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Correia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 96 minutes into the game, SC Mouronho's Luís Rocha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diogo Pedroso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tostao players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Mouronho.
