The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredo Figueiredo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Francisco Cardoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Leão in the 18th minute. Sebastião Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Francisco Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Meas FC's goalkeeper Francisco Cardoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastião Pires. Francisco Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Pires in the 83rd minute of the match. Lúcio Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Figueiredo having to interfere. Meas FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
