Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) SC Rumeleira's Nuno Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Antunes in the 9th minute of play. If Marco Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Filipe Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Nuno Mendes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, SC Pedrulhos's Jorge Antunes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nuno Mendes. Nuno Mendes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Nuno Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Antunes in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to SC Pedrulhos getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Jorge Antunes hit a great ball. Jorge Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nuno Mendes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Jorge Antunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafael Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Alves in the 33rd minute of the match. Marco Pinheiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Cabral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Pinheiro ran back to his position shaking his head. Filipe Resende blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nuno Mendes having to make a save. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Rumeleira's goalkeeper Nuno Mendes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jorge Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in SC Rumeleira's zone, Filipe Resende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Mendes came out of the goal and Filipe Resende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the game, one of SC Rumeleira:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Nuno Mendes, was totally fooled by SC Pedrulhos's Rogério Almeida, who 49 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Henrique Resende's late challenge caught a SC Pedrulhos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henrique Resende helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SC Pedrulhos booed when SC Rumeleira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Resende didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, João Santarém got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the game, Filipe Resende cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Nuno Mendes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 71st minute Jorge Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Antunes in the 74th minute of play. Jorge Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Afonso Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Moutinho's late challenge caught a SC Rumeleira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mariano Moutinho helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC Pedrulhos's Mariano Moutinho got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 89 minutes into the match, Filipe Resende notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of SC Rumeleira's Nuno Mendes. Nuno Mendes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jorge Antunes struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Nuno Mendes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Pedrulhos. SC Pedrulhos walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
