Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paulo Abreu kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in Escoural's zone, Hugo Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Garcia came out of the goal and Hugo Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes into the game, Heitor Magalhães was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Escoural's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modelos the free kick. In the 5th minute, Heitor Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Cristóvão Cardoso could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Manuel Azevedo however easily saved by the left post. Manuel Azevedo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Paulo Abreu sent off a good shot on target. Ricardo Delgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Garcia having to interfere. Ricardo Delgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Ricardo Delgado notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Escoural's João Garcia. João Garcia was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. João Garcia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Delgado's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Ricardo Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the game, Modelos 's Eusébio Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The Escoural players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Modelos were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardo Delgado to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rogério Silva during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Escoural was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rogério Silva to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Barros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Garcia having to make a save. João Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Delgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Rogério Silva hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miguel Faria got free with João Garcia in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Garcia came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Modelos 's Ricardo Delgado. But to his dismay, Ricardo Delgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 79 minutes into the game, Mariano Anjos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Escoural's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modelos the free kick. Mariano Anjos kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute of the match Eusébio Nascimento shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Garcia showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hugo Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. João Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by António Castro during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Manuel Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Abreu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Cardoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute, Cristóvão Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
