Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filipe Ramos took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jorge Setúbal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Dantas in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Pedrosa's Amílcar Correia got a free kick in the 5th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Delfim Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ventelharia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delfim Dantas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pedrosa's goalkeeper Jorge Setúbal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bento Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nivaldo Rego blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Setúbal having to make a save. In the 16thth minute of the game Nivaldo Rego who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedrosa's Jorge Setúbal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valentim Graça struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Jorge Setúbal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ventelharia. Jorge Setúbal came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Ventelharia's Delfim Dantas. But to his dismay, Delfim Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 28 minutes into the match, Pedrosa's goal looked a bit too open when Nivaldo Rego came free, but Jorge Setúbal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Ventelharia's Delfim Dantas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Setúbal was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jorge Setúbal came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Ventelharia's Bento Guerra. But to his dismay, Bento Guerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. If Valentim Graça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Bento Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 47thth minute of the game Nivaldo Rego who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedrosa's Jorge Setúbal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nivaldo Rego to make the kick off. If Nivaldo Rego had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Ventelharia's Jorge Setúbal threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nivaldo Rego, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bento Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nivaldo Rego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jorge Setúbal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Filipe Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudemiro Palmeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentim Graça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Pedrosa's Vicente Magalhães got a free kick in the 71st minute. If Valentim Graça had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Pedrosa's Jorge Setúbal got control of the ball when Nivaldo Rego tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bento Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delfim Dantas scored 0-4 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorge Setúbal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Valentim Graça managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ventelharia's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentim Graça was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Setúbal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nivaldo Rego in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Setúbal prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
