Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nuno Resende got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in SC Tocha's zone, Nuno Resende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Cruz came out of the goal and Nuno Resende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexandre Faria during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by André Santos got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 16th minute, Alexandre Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tapeus FC's Daniel Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Santarém in the 19th minute of play. André Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Simões having to interfere. José Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Cruz having to interfere. After some careless play in the SC Tocha defense, Nuno Resende kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Cruz. The SC Tocha fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Cruz should have stopped the shot. Rafael Santarém sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Santarém, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Pinto took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Cruz. José Cruz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 43rd match minute, SC Tocha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Pacheco to maneuver through the defense. José Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Resende, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, José Pinto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Cruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After the first half Tapeus FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafael Santarém stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Rafael Santarém was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Tocha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tapeus FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, SC Tocha's Rafael Santarém got a free kick in the 51st minute. José Pinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Simões came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Tocha's André Santos. But to his dismay, André Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 61 minutes into the game, Raul Pacheco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Tocha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tapeus FC the free kick. A collision led to SC Tocha getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, SC Tocha's goalkeeper José Cruz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nuno Resende. Nuno Resende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Cruz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nuno Resende showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 78 minute of play. André Santos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When José Pinto came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Tapeus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Pinto couldn't finish the play. Tapeus FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
