Mariano Guarda's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Domingos Tavares skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 32nd minute, Mariano Guarda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, SC Cumeada's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Carneiro came free, but Heitor Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filipe Borba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Devesa FC's Adolfo Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Filipe Borba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filipe Borba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Devesa FC's Domingos Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armindo Setúbal in the 59th minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Armindo Setúbal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Domingos Tavares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Domingos Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Setúbal in the 68th minute of play. The supporters of SC Cumeada booed when Devesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1-2 came through a penalty shot after 78 played minutes, when Devesa FC:s Vítor Magalhães calmly waited for SC Cumeada:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. In the 81st minute, Adolfo Carneiro made a precise shot to the right of Heitor Barbosa. SC Cumeada's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armindo Setúbal in the 89th minute of play forced Devesa FC's goalkeeper Domingos Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heitor Barbosa came out of the goal and Basílio Coimbra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filipe Borba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Heitor Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
