Josué Carmona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Delgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sérgio Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué Carmona having to interfere. Josué Carmona came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Croca FC's Rui Delgado. But to his dismay, Rui Delgado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Josué Carmona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Delgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Sérgio Gaspar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Croca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sérgio Gaspar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josué Carmona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sérgio Gaspar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Josué Carmona having to make a save. After having played for 34 minutes, Cristiano Campos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. jaca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Campos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sérgio Gaspar to make the kick off. jaca FC's Josué Carmona proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save jaca FC from getting a goal against them. In the 57th match minute, jaca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Rangel to maneuver through the defense. Rui Delgado might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Josué Carmona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rui Delgado ran back to his position shaking his head. 63 minutes into the match, jaca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sérgio Gaspar came free, but Josué Carmona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Torcato Domingos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Ferro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 64 minutes of play, jaca FC's Torcato Domingos made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Ferro was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Rui Delgado got free with Josué Carmona in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bernardo Ferro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torcato Domingos in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torcato Domingos in the 73rd minute of play forced Croca FC's goalkeeper Bernardo Ferro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Delgado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Josué Carmona made a huge save. If Rui Delgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Ferro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torcato Domingos in the 80th minute of the match. The supporters of jaca FC booed when Croca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 minutes, Baltasar Palha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the jaca FC and the Croca FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Croca FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
