Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rapijais FC's Óscar Belém started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Moutinho during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nuno Cardoso came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Rapijais FC's Gil Vidigal. But to his dismay, Gil Vidigal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Telmo Ramalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Morais, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Leiradas FC's zone, Gil Vidigal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Cardoso came out of the goal and Gil Vidigal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Eusébio Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rapijais FC's Telmo Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Oliveira in the 22nd minute of play. If Gil Vidigal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Óscar Belém sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rapijais FC's Telmo Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Barros in the 33rd minute of play. If Gil Vidigal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Vidigal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Cardoso having to interfere. Nuno Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Óscar Belém in the 40th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Gil Vidigal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nuno Cardoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

David Oliveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Leiradas FC defense, Óscar Belém kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nuno Cardoso. The Leiradas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nuno Cardoso should have stopped the shot. In the 65th minute, Óscar Belém left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rapijais FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Nuno Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Vidigal in the 73rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Nogueira during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rapijais FC booed when Leiradas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Rapijais FC's Gil Vidigal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nuno Cardoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute, Óscar Belém got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gil Vidigal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Óscar Belém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Nuno Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gil Vidigal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Óscar Belém recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rapijais FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
