Oucidres's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristóvão Resende was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When Mário Pinho fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Oucidres's protests and gave Mário Pinho a yellow card for diving instead. Mário Pinho hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Cristóvão Resende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27thth minute of the game Jorge Monteiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Prime's António Miranda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Diogo Ferro didn't quite understand what happened when in the 31 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 33rd minute, Cristóvão Resende ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fernando Bessa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 38th minute, José Gomes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Cunha's late challenge caught a Prime's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Cunha helped the player get up and apologised. Joaquim Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Miguel Viegas charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Miguel Viegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Oucidres getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Miguel Viegas hit a great ball. Diogo Ferro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fernando Bessa. Oucidres's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Resende made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Prime's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Pinho came free, but António Miranda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mário Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Cristóvão Resende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Bessa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Carlos Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mário Pinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Mário Pinho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of António Miranda. The goal made the score 2-1. With an all-out effort, Oucidres's António Miranda threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mário Pinho, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Oucidres's Fernando Bessa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristóvão Resende in the 93rd minute of play. After 95 minutes Oucidres's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Diogo Ferro who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Diogo Ferro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fernando Bessa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
