Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Emanuel Ferro made the kick off and thus started the match. When Hugo Silva came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Duquezas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Silva couldn't finish the play. Emanuel Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gil Resende's late challenge caught a SC Azerveira's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gil Resende helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Duquezas FC's Gil Resende got a free kick in the 7th minute. With a little luck, Duquezas FC's Gabriel Maia got control of the ball when Luís Assunção tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emanuel Ferro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Azerveira's Luís Assunção got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hugo Silva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hugo Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Abreu charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexandre Abreu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Alexandre Abreu hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Tomás Ribeiro made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to SC Azerveira getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Gustavo Assis hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match Américo Aguiar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Gonçalves skillfully saved the ball. Manuel Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Manuel Porto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulo Gonçalves. That made the score 0-1 in the 61 minute of play. André Ramos hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Duquezas FC's João Garcia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Azerveira. Gabriel Maia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Assunção, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 91 minutes into the game, Gustavo Porto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Gabriel Maia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Duquezas FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Duquezas FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
