Delfim Lencastre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Pinto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Rodriguess short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Catarino Paredes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A hard shot 29 in the game by Jorge Rodrigues from a close distance when the talented Catarino Paredes managed to make a qualified save. SC Giz's players were relieved. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saúl Fagundes in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Catarino Paredes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the game, Jorge Rodrigues lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Catarino Paredes. With a little luck, SC Giz's Catarino Paredes got control of the ball when Jorge Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Jorge Rodrigues could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Catarino Paredes however easily saved by the left post. Jorge Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Catarino Paredes having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lourenço Coimbra to strike the kick off in the second half. Delfim Lencastre made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Cláudio Guarda sent off a good shot on target. Catarino Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Rodrigues in the 55th minute of play. Catarino Paredes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Rodrigues's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. The Bultra Copos FC ™ fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Bultra Copos FC ™'s Jorge Rodrigues looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Rodrigues in the 81st minute of play forced SC Giz's goalkeeper Catarino Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cláudio Guarda charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cláudio Guarda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bultra Copos FC ™ booed when SC Giz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cláudio Guarda didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Rodrigues in the 86th minute of play forced SC Giz's goalkeeper Catarino Paredes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viriato Vilalobos hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match.
