Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricardo Maia started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Eusébio Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucas Trindade succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 18th playminute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Trindade got free with Raul Tavares in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Dantas to make the kick off. Bento Pinto might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vítor Moura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bento Pinto ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 59th minute José Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vítor Moura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vítor Moura having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pecene's zone, José Dantas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Moura came out of the goal and José Dantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Trindade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Raul Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucas Trindade during the 91st minute.
