Daniel Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 12th minute Afonso Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Mota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14thth minute of the game Afonso Teixeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perelhal FC's Daniel Mota was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Perelhal FC's Daniel Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Leiria in the 15th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bento Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Teixeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Daniel Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Teixeira in the 33rd minute of the match. If Filipe Leiria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th match minute, Perelhal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Catarino Cabral to maneuver through the defense. After 37 played minutes Vermoeira got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Esteves. Armando Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Armando Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Alfredo Santarém tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bento Garcia to make the kick off. Daniel Mota made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filipe Leiria in the 54th minute. Filipe Leiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Mota having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Teixeira in the 65th minute of play forced Perelhal FC's goalkeeper Daniel Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filipe Leiria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Daniel Mota made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonso Teixeira in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Mota prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Perelhal FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Domingos Esteves hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Vermoeira's Cristiano Esteves tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Filipe Leiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Mota having to interfere. Daniel Mota didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 82nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Catarino Cabral hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filipe Leiria got free with Daniel Mota in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipe Leiria in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Mota prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Filipe Leiria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Perelhal FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Vermoeira were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
