Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Manuel Brás kicked off to start the match. José Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Gregos FC's José Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Ferreira in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Tomás Figueiredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gregos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alcantarilha FC the free kick. In the 15thth minute of the game Manuel Brás who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gregos FC's José Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eusébio Guarda's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, António Mota skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Humberto Ferreira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. José Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusébio Guarda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but António Mota made a huge save. Óscar Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Trindade made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Guarda in the 52nd minute of play forced Alcantarilha FC's goalkeeper António Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 minutes of play, Gregos FC's Humberto Trindade made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. António Mota was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Eusébio Guarda came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Gregos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusébio Guarda couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the match, Alcantarilha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Trindade came free, but António Mota reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Eusébio Guarda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. António Mota tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, Gregos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inácio Maia to maneuver through the defense. If Humberto Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alcantarilha FC's António Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Trindade in the 88th minute of play. Humberto Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Mota having to interfere. António Mota came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Gregos FC's Eusébio Guarda. But to his dismay, Eusébio Guarda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.
