The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Diamantino Monteiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romão Caires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Antanhol FC defense, Normando Lobato kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diamantino Monteiro. The Antanhol FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diamantino Monteiro should have stopped the shot. If Juliano Modesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the game, SL PEJOVINU's Samuel Silveira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diamantino Monteiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some careless play in the Antanhol FC defense, Romão Caires kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diamantino Monteiro. The Antanhol FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diamantino Monteiro should have stopped the shot. Diamantino Monteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stu Corbridge, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Jaime Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Juliano Modesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Monteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juliano Modesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Diamantino Monteiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antanhol FC's Diamantino Monteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Silveira in the 44th minute of play. Romão Caires didn't quite understand what happened when in the 46 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Luís Vale hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Stu Corbridge struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Diamantino Monteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SL PEJOVINU. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Nuno Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Idalécio Henriques having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Juliano Modesto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Diamantino Monteiro, 0-5. 58 minutes in the game, Stu Corbridge fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Diamantino Monteiro having to interfere. Romão Caires could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Diamantino Monteiro made a huge save. Stu Corbridge in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Diamantino Monteiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romão Caires got free with Diamantino Monteiro in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enjang Santoso scored 0-6 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diamantino Monteiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Normando Lobato came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the SL PEJOVINU fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Normando Lobato couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute of the match Alípio Freitas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diamantino Monteiro skillfully saved the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Normando Lobato cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Diamantino Monteiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juliano Modesto had several of the Antanhol FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 89 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Diamantino Monteiro as he didn't even see the shot coming. Enjang Santoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Monteiro having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Antanhol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Silveira came free, but Diamantino Monteiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Antanhol FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SL PEJOVINU were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
