Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Guido Leheren kicked off to start the match. After 5 played minutes Cobro got a freekick which was hit by Rui Rodrigues. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Marcinho Mineiro sped through Cobro's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vasco Leiria. In the 13th minute, Marcinho Mineiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 16th match minute, Cobro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Brito to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guido Leheren in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vasco Leiria saved Cobro from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcinho Mineiro in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Soares to make the kick off. In the 87th minute, Teixugueira's Marcinho Mineiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Vasco Leiria. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Cobro defense, Marcinho Mineiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vasco Leiria. The Cobro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vasco Leiria should have stopped the shot. Guido Leheren might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vasco Leiria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Leheren ran back to his position shaking his head. If Marcinho Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Teixugueira could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cobro throughout the match.
