Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Teodoro Cavaco got the match started through his kick off. When Hélio Neto fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Paço Futebol Clube's protests and gave Hélio Neto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Paço Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Hélio Neto hit a great ball. Sebastião Queiroga kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Paço Futebol Clube's Alexandre Calçada tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Gualter Lobato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Alexandre Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Modesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FCPorto booed when Paço Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorato Taborda didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastião Queiroga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bruno Modesto. That made the score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. Bruno Modesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastião Queiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The FCPorto fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when FCPorto's Sebastião Queiroga looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Sebastião Queiroga came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the FCPorto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastião Queiroga couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Paço Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Cavaco came free, but Bruno Modesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 33 minutes into the game, Teodoro Cavaco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Modesto. Teodoro Cavaco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. With an all-out effort, FCPorto's Bruno Modesto threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teodoro Cavaco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to FCPorto getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Daniel Caldas hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Gualter Lobato ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dewa Cinta was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Gualter Lobato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Dewa Cinta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gualter Lobato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dewa Cinta having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

When Zacarias Curado came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Paço Futebol Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zacarias Curado couldn't finish the play. Honorato Taborda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Paço Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Candeias came free, but Bruno Modesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Paço Futebol Clube booed when FCPorto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamilton Bacelar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dewa Cinta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualter Lobato, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Bruno Modesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Candeias in the 63rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualter Lobato in the 67th minute of play forced FCPorto's goalkeeper Dewa Cinta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Modesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teodoro Cavaco in the 71st minute of the match. Daniel Caldas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 84th minute, Jairo Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gualter Lobato had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that FCPorto were the better team. FCPorto's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
