Stig-Ove Möller might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquim Zambujal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig-Ove Möller ran back to his position shaking his head.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Lobato to make the kick off. In the 67th minute, Ramiro Txordon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pegasus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Ramiro Txordon did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Joaquim Zambujal 70 minutes into the match.
