Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Laureano Veloso got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Paulino Cabral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Israel Neto took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Fragoso. Jorge Fragoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 10th minute Israel Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Fragoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Veloso in the 11th minute of play forced SLVidigueira's goalkeeper Jorge Fragoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Fragoso came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Ansião United's Januário Viana. But to his dismay, Januário Viana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Isac Vasconcelos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Malheiro in the 19th minute. In the 22nd minute Januário Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Fragoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute Israel Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Fragoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the SLVidigueira defense, Laureano Veloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Fragoso. The SLVidigueira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorge Fragoso should have stopped the shot. Laureano Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Fragoso having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Ansião United's Aldo Pegado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Fragoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After having played for 36 minutes, Januário Viana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ansião United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Januário Viana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 38 minutes of play, Ansião United's Januário Viana made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Fragoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Januário Viana in the 38th minute of play forced SLVidigueira's goalkeeper Jorge Fragoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Januário Viana made a precise shot to the right of Jorge Fragoso. SLVidigueira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Jorge Fragoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Cabral in the 46th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Paulino Cabral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Fragoso was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. After the first half Ansião United were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Palmiro Moura to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, SLVidigueira's Fernando Madeira got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Jorge Fragoso came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Ansião United's Paulino Cabral. But to his dismay, Paulino Cabral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Laureano Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jorge Fragoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SLVidigueira's Jorge Fragoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Veloso in the 61st minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 62nd minute of the game. One of Ansião United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SLVidigueira:s goal. The referee gave SLVidigueira a penalty, 64 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Olívio Barbosa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ansião United's Isac Vasconcelos. 1-7. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laureano Veloso got free with Jorge Fragoso in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Paulino Cabral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Fragoso. SLVidigueira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulino Cabral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Jorge Fragoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Januário Viana in the 76th minute of the match. Jorge Fragoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Israel Neto went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-9 was the resulting score. 84 minutes into the match, Januário Viana dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorge Fragoso, 1-10. After 87 minutes, Olívio Barbosa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SLVidigueira and the Ansião United players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Ansião United booed when SLVidigueira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olívio Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laureano Veloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Januário Viana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Fragoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laureano Veloso in the 96th minute. The SLVidigueira fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ansião United were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
