Mihály Pulai hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Hélio Póvoas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tasos Geronimidis in the 5th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tasos Geronimidis in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hélio Póvoas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th minute, Sidónio Paixão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 11 minutes, Tasos Geronimidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capelo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tasos Geronimidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hu Jian Yi got free with Roman Sabino in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tasos Geronimidis in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélio Póvoas saved Arrifana FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sidónio Paixão got free with Roman Sabino in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arrifana FC's Hélio Póvoas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Bin Nan in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute Capelo FC were awarded a corner. Glenn Middleton went to the cornerflag to take it. When Capelo FC's Adolf Reichgruber in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arrifana FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Patrik Pilberg in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélio Póvoas saved Arrifana FC from getting behind. Sidónio Paixão could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Roman Sabino made a huge save. When Capelo FC's Tasos Geronimidis in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arrifana FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 33rdth minute of the game Patrik Pilberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arrifana FC's Hélio Póvoas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hélio Póvoas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tasos Geronimidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Arrifana FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Glenn Middleton ran over to the corner to take the kick. Matías Azevedo thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Hélio Póvoas, a very annoying self made goal in the 38th minute which led to 0-1. Lukasz Okropny lost his temper 41 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Lukasz Okropny kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Roman Sabino came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Arrifana FC's Sidónio Paixão. But to his dismay, Sidónio Paixão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Roman Sabino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amos Bellomo in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tasos Geronimidis to strike the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Capelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Glenn Middleton. Roman Sabino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hu Jian Yi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Patrik Pilberg charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patrik Pilberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patrik Pilberg kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Arrifana FC's Mihály Pulai tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Arrifana FC's Toni Huarte got a free kick in the 59th minute. The audience was convinced that Tasos Geronimidis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hélio Póvoas was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. When Viriato Regueira fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arrifana FC's protests and gave Viriato Regueira a yellow card for diving instead. In the 61st match minute, Arrifana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viriato Regueira to maneuver through the defense. Tasos Geronimidis struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Hélio Póvoas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capelo FC. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Arrifana FC's goalkeeper Hélio Póvoas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tasos Geronimidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Tasos Geronimidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capelo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tasos Geronimidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hélio Póvoas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Capelo FC booed when Arrifana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viriato Regueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeng Bin Nan got free with Hélio Póvoas in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tasos Geronimidis in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélio Póvoas saved Arrifana FC from getting behind. Tasos Geronimidis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Hélio Póvoas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeng Bin Nan got free with Hélio Póvoas in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle sounded Capelo FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arrifana FC.
