An unexpectedly hard shot by Furkan Şahin in the 37th minute of play forced Valverde United's goalkeeper Joaquim Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niel Van Haerschot got free with Joaquim Barbosa in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Satria Witarsa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 周迅然, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Joaquim Barbosa managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Arsenal Clube de Lisboa's Niel Van Haerschot fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Furkan Şahin got free with Joaquim Barbosa in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
