The supporters of SEGAFREDO CF booed when SC CARVALHIDO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferhat Bağdaş didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marius Søndenå showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Garth Shaw in the 22nd minute of the match. With a little luck, SEGAFREDO CF's Marius Søndenå got control of the ball when Ferhat Bağdaş tried to sneak it across the goal line. Garth Shaw kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. If Homero Cerqueira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gwidon Topolski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raúl Cavalcante in the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Garth Shaw reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marius Søndenå. The goal made the score 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garth Shaw in the 43rd minute of play forced SEGAFREDO CF's goalkeeper Marius Søndenå to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Homero Cerqueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwidon Topolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

SEGAFREDO CF's Marius Søndenå played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferhat Bağdaş in the 52nd minute of play. When SEGAFREDO CF's Raúl Cavalcante in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Gwidon Topolski came out of the goal and Raúl Cavalcante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 81st minute, Homero Cerqueira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 84 minutes into the game, when Sálvio Pedroso put in a rough tackle. In the 83rd minute, one of SEGAFREDO CF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SEGAFREDO CF. Gwidon Topolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Homero Cerqueira in the 91st minute. In the 97th minute, Richard-Dean Mărăcuță hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SC CARVALHIDO were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
