After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Exército Português made a substitution. Eliseu Fragoso replaced Marian Axinte. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Bruno Soveral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Exército Português's supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Soveral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manuel Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match.
