Antonio Adán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Millano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute of the match FC Dezassete got a corner. SC Braga's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Juan Alberdi ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Miguel Marin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonio Adán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Millano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the game, Meng Di Jun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Adán. Meng Di Jun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Meng Di Jun got free with Antonio Adán in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, FC Dezassete's Meng Di Jun sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Antonio Adán narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Braga's goalkeeper Antonio Adán, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Dezassete's Meng Di Jun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Antonio Adán. That made the score 2-0 after 37 minutes of play. Miguel Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintino Carvalhais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Jordão in the 44th minute of play forced FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Miguel Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Hulubei kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Miguel Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Jordão, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zigmantas Gimbutas made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, SC Braga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon-Egil Sætre to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Meng Di Jun in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antonio Adán prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antonio Adán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meng Di Jun, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. David Hulubei kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. SC Braga's Antonio Cieri was substituted for Quintino Carvalhais. SC Braga's Stig-Åke Mattsson was substituted for Zigmantas Gimbutas. SC Braga made a substitution. Geraldo Lucas replaced André Jordão. Jon-Egil Sætre made in the 68th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Dezassete's Frederico Pinheiro. Antonio Adán came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Dezassete's Meng Di Jun. But to his dismay, Meng Di Jun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Antonio Adán showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meng Di Jun in the 73rd minute of the match. Miguel Marin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Geraldo Lucas in the 74th minute. Meng Di Jun might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Adán. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Meng Di Jun ran back to his position shaking his head. Antonio Adán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meng Di Jun in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Meng Di Jun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Adán. SC Braga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Meng Di Jun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. FC Dezassete made a substitution. Pang Kun Xi replaced Emanuel Millano. Stig-Åke Mattsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Miguel Marin came out and tried to block the shot, but Stig-Åke Mattsson slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 85th minute. When FC Dezassete's Branco Tinto in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Braga's goalie prevented a goal. After 94 played minutes FC Dezassete got a freekick which was hit by Quintino Prates. Jon-Egil Sætre's late challenge caught a FC Dezassete's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jon-Egil Sætre helped the player get up and apologised. Jon-Egil Sætre hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Dezassete had won after a very even match.
