The referee ignored Bucknell's protests and gave Ike Abiakam a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bucknell getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ike Abiakam hit a great ball. Jibril Anzigah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nkem Clark, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. The supporters of Real Potters booed when Bucknell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Solomon Ajatta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dick Makinwa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jibril Anzigah having to interfere. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bucknell's goalkeeper Jibril Anzigah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Egobudike Isiaq received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jibril Anzigah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Egobudike Isiaq to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Egobudike Isiaq's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jibril Anzigah was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Fola Kamba came out of the goal and Esomchi Abhulimhen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Real Potters getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Dick Makinwa hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the game, Onoriode Okorowanta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Fola Kamba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Egobudike Isiaqs short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Jibril Anzigah to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 82 minutes into the match, Egobudike Isiaq notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Bucknell's Jibril Anzigah. Jibril Anzigah was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 86th minute, Tolulope Peter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ike Abiakam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fola Kamba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nkem Clark fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jibril Anzigah having to interfere. The Bucknell fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Potters were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
