Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Somadina Dugu started the match with the kick off. When Feranmi cf's Ugonna Benneth in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Spalding's goalie prevented a goal. Okolocha Felix Alaba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Somadina Dugu, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The supporters of Feranmi cf booed when Spalding was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clever Adeniran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aderemi Ballah having to interfere. Gideon Nnaemeka hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. With 19 minutes on the clock, Akin Nnabugwu commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Spalding fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! 27 minutes into the game, Clever Adeniran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Spalding's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Feranmi cf the free kick. Sam Fregene was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 29th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Spalding's zone, Ugonna Benneth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Okolocha Felix Alaba came out of the goal and Ugonna Benneth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Okolocha Felix Alaba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugonna Benneth in the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Feranmi cf were awarded a corner. Sam Fregene went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Sam Fregene got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Okolocha Felix Alaba quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare got free with Aderemi Ballah in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aderemi Ballah. Aderemi Ballah dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.

51 minutes into the game, Spalding's Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aderemi Ballah made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Aderemi Ballah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ugonna Benneth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Sam Fregene came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Feranmi cf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sam Fregene couldn't finish the play. Aderemi Ballah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clever Adeniran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aderemi Ballah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare in the 80th minute of the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spalding's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anayolisa Eshieshi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Feranmi cf's zone, Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aderemi Ballah came out of the goal and Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 87 minutes into the match, Spalding's Anayolisa Eshieshi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aderemi Ballah narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Feranmi cf's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare came free, but Aderemi Ballah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Aderemi Ballah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spalding. Ahmad Okhumeode Adejare received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Aderemi Ballah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samson Etoh Nwanguma during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Feranmi cf's Samson Etoh Nwanguma got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
