In the 26th match minute, Guelmim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antalas El Guarrouj to maneuver through the defense. Fathi Essamlali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yugerten Zerka having to interfere. When Ramzi Zeryouh fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Al-Hoceima Amal Club's protests and gave Ramzi Zeryouh a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Guelmim booed when Al-Hoceima Amal Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramzi Zeryouh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yugerten Zerka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fathi Essamlali, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Ayub Taouil made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Usem Bouden sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Usem Bouden got free with Ayub Taouil in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Soufian Tamsamani was the one to do the kick off. Tanan Didouh kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Yani Soauri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Yugerten Zerka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fathi Essamlali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Usem Bouden blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ayub Taouil having to make a save. Yugerten Zerka made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Yani Soauri sent off a good shot on target. Kamal Abarou hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
