Mohammedia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Atbir Oussalah fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mohammedia's protests and gave Atbir Oussalah a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Massyl Tanjawi in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Massyl Soulaimani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Massyl Tanjawi might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Massyl Soulaimani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Massyl Tanjawi ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the game, Bilal Boutarbouch was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casablanca AS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mohammedia the free kick. Bilal Boutarbouch hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, one of Casablanca AS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Casablanca AS.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ziad Kachloul in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Idir Regragui prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 54 played minutes Casablanca AS got a freekick which was hit by Rouchd Azzouzi. 58 minutes into the match, Casablanca AS's goalkeeper Idir Regragui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tamir Ghayour. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kamal Fakhir during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes Casablanca AS got a freekick which was hit by Kamal Fakhir. Tamir Ghayour fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Idir Regragui having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Tamir Ghayour managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mohammedia's supporters rose to their feet, but Tamir Ghayour was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Idir Regragui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sifaks Chihi came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Casablanca AS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sifaks Chihi couldn't finish the play. Sifaks Chihi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Massyl Soulaimani having to interfere. Ziad Kachloul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohammedia's Ziad Kachloul got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Casablanca AS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bilal Boutarbouch to maneuver through the defense. Massyl Soulaimani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sifaks Chihi's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Idir Regragui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziad Kachloul in the 97th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mohammedia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
