Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Azilal Union Sportive's Amezyan Taouni started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nador's goalkeeper Abdelmajid Ahanfouf, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 5 played minutes Nador got a freekick which was hit by Aziz Oulmers. Abdelmajid Ahanfouf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amezyan Taouni in the 6th minute of play. Itri Allach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the game, one of Azilal Union Sportive:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fadel Sarsar walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a rather tough play, Nador's Fayssal Fegrouch got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 20 minutes, Fayssal Fegrouch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nador and the Azilal Union Sportive players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Fayssal Fegrouch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 26th minute, Amin El Khayati got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nador's zone, Gaya Baba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdelmajid Ahanfouf came out of the goal and Gaya Baba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the match, Azilal Union Sportive's Amezyan Taouni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdelmajid Ahanfouf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Azilal Union Sportive's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Amin El Khayati fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Taher Talih during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Azilal Union Sportive getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Taher Talih hit a great ball. Amin El Khayati received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Asmun Mehdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Azilal Union Sportive were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Amin El Khayati made the kick off in the second half. Abdelmajid Ahanfouf made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Gaya Baba sent off a good shot on target. Gaya Baba's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abdelmajid Ahanfouf firmly grabbed it by the left post. Amezyan Taouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Itri Allach sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Azilal Union Sportive's Asmun Mehdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amin El Khayati in the 80th minute of play. If Amin El Khayati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Asmun Mehdi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amin El Khayati in the 86th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Itri Allach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asmun Mehdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Amezyan Taouni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Azilal Union Sportive's supporters rose to their feet, but Amezyan Taouni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelmajid Ahanfouf breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot by Najim Lamari from long distance, 94 minutes into the match, got Abdelmajid Ahanfouf's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 95 played minutes Nador got a freekick which was hit by Fayssal Fegrouch. Gaya Baba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelmajid Ahanfouf having to interfere.
