When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Abdelkarim Sarsar sped through Tangier Renaissance's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Yani Rwina. Ksar-el-Kebir Étoile's Soufian Farid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murad Antaki in the 59th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Tangier Renaissance's goalkeeper Yani Rwina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdelkarim Sarsar.
