Mazine Bendahman started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Rabat Tihad booed when Ben Taib was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asfru Fegrouch didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Othmane Diba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th match minute, Ben Taib was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amin Belabed to maneuver through the defense. Othmane Diba struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Samih Fegrouch kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Nouri Sinouh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Rabat Tihad's Nasseh Miftah tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute Mazine Bendahman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Udad Zerouali saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ouassim Chakhssi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Idriss Abdellaoui hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Ben Taib's Mazine Bendahman got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 42 minutes into the match, Rabat Tihad's goalkeeper Udad Zerouali had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ouassim Chakhssi. Mazine Bendahman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Idriss Abdellaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Agafay El Ahmadi having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Idriss Abdellaoui was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Ben Taib's goal looked a bit too open when Othmane Diba came free, but Agafay El Ahmadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Udad Zerouali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ouassim Chakhssi in the 56th minute of the match. When Othmane Diba came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Rabat Tihad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Othmane Diba couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salah Yaacoubi during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ouassim Chakhssi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 73 minutes, Idriss Abdellaoui managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rabat Tihad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Idriss Abdellaoui was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
