After a rather tough play, Ouarzazate's Meddur Sarhani got a free kick in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aderbal El Bahri got free with Yuften Merzouk in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asafar Molhamam in the 22nd minute of play forced Tangier Fath's goalkeeper Malek Boughanem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amenzu Touzani ran back to his position shaking his head. After 39 minutes of play, Tangier Fath's Aderbal El Bahri made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yuften Merzouk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aderbal El Bahri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Yuften Merzouk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Ouarzazate's goal looked a bit too open when Amenzu Touzani came free, but Yuften Merzouk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Amanar Akachar made a kick off. Malek Boughanem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amanar Akachar in the 56th minute of the match. Amanar Akachar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Malek Boughanem having to make a save. 65 minutes into the match, Ouarzazate's goal looked a bit too open when Amenzu Touzani came free, but Yuften Merzouk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Amenzu Touzani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Amanar Akachar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Malek Boughanem was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Aderbal El Bahri made a precise shot to the right of Yuften Merzouk. Ouarzazate's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Amanar Akachar was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Aderbal El Bahri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Nasseh Essamlali fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tangier Fath's protests and gave Nasseh Essamlali a yellow card for diving instead. After 89 played minutes Tangier Fath got a freekick which was hit by Nasseh Essamlali. 92 minutes into the game, Amanar Akachar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Malek Boughanem. Amanar Akachar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Yuften Merzouk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nasseh Essamlali went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tangier Fath fully deserved thier win.
