Tétouan Najm's supporters rose to their feet, but Ikken El Moubarki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yahya Chamakh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Khemisset's Amanar Sarhani got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 34th minute, Amayas Hamdani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yahya Chamakh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ikken El Moubarki, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

If Magher Zaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yuften Chiba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Yuften Chiba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Agwilal Farid hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute of the match Magher Ouhaki sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Malek Doukali skillfully saved the ball. Amanar Sarhani kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 87 played minutes, Tétouan Najm's Azayku El Idrissi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yahya Chamakh came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tétouan Najm reached it. The Tétouan Najm supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tétouan Najm would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
