Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Idriss Farid took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Beni Mellal getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Zouheir Zaza hit a great ball. Zouheir Zaza charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zouheir Zaza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tiznit booed when Beni Mellal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zouheir Zaza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aziz Didouh didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Soufian Merzouk went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Tiznit's Amenzu Bezzai got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yazid Sarhani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salim Bakkal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. If Yazid Sarhani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Beni Mellal's zone, Amenzu Bezzai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aziz Didouh came out of the goal and Amenzu Bezzai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aziz Regragui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aziz Didouh having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Beni Mellal's Sisangh El Idrissi got a free kick in the 29th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Tiznit's Loutfi Kharja broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 30 played minutes Beni Mellal got a freekick which was hit by Sisangh El Idrissi. After having played for 34 minutes, Amenzu Bezzai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tiznit's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amenzu Bezzai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ayman Zaki hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Aziz Regragui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Aziz Didouh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
Beni Mellal's Idriss Farid got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Idriss Farid came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Beni Mellal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Idriss Farid couldn't finish the play. Aziz Didouh was a little too slow when Aziz Regragui got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 68th minute, Sisangh El Idrissi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Salim Bakkal was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. A collision led to Tiznit getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ayman Zaki hit a great ball. Aziz Didouh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aziz Regragui in the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yazid Sarhani in the 80th minute of play forced Tiznit's goalkeeper Salim Bakkal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aziz Didouh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aziz Regragui in the 84th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Beni Mellal's goalkeeper Aziz Didouh had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amenzu Bezzai. Tiznit's Salim Bakkal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Idriss Farid in the 93rd minute of play. Aziz Regragui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Aziz Didouh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
