Zagora Atletico's Anaruz Hadaouir got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The long shot by Amayas Boukhari in the 16th minute really tested Sayid Aissati's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Anaruz Hadaouir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fahmi Lohkmiri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aksim Atif in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to Agadir getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Salim Ataba hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Agadir's goalkeeper Sayid Aissati had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anaruz Hadaouir. 37 minutes into the match, Agadir's Aksim Atif sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fahmi Lohkmiri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tijani Benzouin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tijani Benzouin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Agadir booed when Zagora Atletico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mansour Ouhaki didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tajeddine Rifi came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Agadir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tajeddine Rifi couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tijani Benzouin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fahmi Lohkmiri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aksim Atif in the 63rd minute. During the 68th minute of the match Salim Ataba completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Salim Ataba a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Salim Ataba hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 70 played minutes, Zagora Atletico's Osmane Kissi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sayid Aissati came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zagora Atletico reached it. 71 minutes into the game, Tijani Benzouin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sayid Aissati was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Agadir's goalkeeper Sayid Aissati, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 80 minutes, Aksim Atif managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agadir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aksim Atif was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mansour Ouhaki kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. When Tijani Benzouin came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Zagora Atletico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tijani Benzouin couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Zagora Atletico booed when Agadir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tajeddine Rifi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
