The audience was convinced that Amanar Bagui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Haitham Iajour was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Ismael El Brazi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haitham Iajour having to interfere. Chakib El Morabet might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Younes Louissi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 25th minute of the match, Ismael El Brazi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Haitham Iajour was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Haitham Iajour showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amanar Bagui, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute, Amanar Bagui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Haitham Iajour made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amanar Bagui in the 43rd minute of play. Amanar Bagui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Haitham Iajour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amanar Bagui to strike the kick off in the second half. Chants of Asilah Najm echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Imzouren had held the ball for most of the match.
