Aghilas El Amrani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Safwane Chippo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. Amestan El Khalej fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aghilas El Amrani having to interfere. Mahir Bakkal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramzi Zerouali in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, one of Ksar-el-Kebir:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. With a little luck, Guelmim's Aghilas El Amrani got control of the ball when Safwane Chippo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd play minute Safwane Chippo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aghilas El Amrani. 1-1. Misifsen Ben Chrifa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amestan El Khalej in the 30th minute of play forced Guelmim's goalkeeper Aghilas El Amrani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Ksar-el-Kebir got a freekick which was hit by Afer Hamouch. Mahir Bakkal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wali Bezzai in the 45th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramzi Zerouali made a kick off. Misifsen Ben Chrifa kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After 54 minutes Ksar-el-Kebir's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Murad Fellah who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Murad Fellah got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mahir Bakkal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amestan El Khalej in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aghilas El Amrani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramzi Zerouali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naji Remch hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Ksar-el-Kebir's Mahir Bakkal got control of the ball when Wali Bezzai tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ramzi Zerouali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahir Bakkal having to interfere. Guelmim's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
