Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Afaw Benthami took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Salem Taouil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marrakech Youssoufia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Afaw Benthami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zagora Wafa's Housni Jbilou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afaw Benthami in the 9th minute of play. Housni Jbilou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salem Taouil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Marrakech Youssoufia's goalkeeper Saad Bourkadi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bukkus Lamin. Kamil Sarraj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Saad Bourkadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nacer Kachloul took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saad Bourkadi. Marrakech Youssoufia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Jalal Chiba's late challenge caught a Marrakech Youssoufia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jalal Chiba helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd match minute, Zagora Wafa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jalal Chiba to maneuver through the defense. Housni Jbilou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afaw Benthami in the 29th minute of the match. Kamil Sarraj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Afaw Benthami came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Marrakech Youssoufia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afaw Benthami couldn't finish the play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kamil Sarraj was the one to do the kick off. Afaw Benthami blasted a shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Housni Jbilou having to make a save. Bukkus Lamin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Saad Bourkadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afaw Benthami in the 58th minute of play forced Zagora Wafa's goalkeeper Housni Jbilou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes Marrakech Youssoufia got a freekick which was hit by Aksim Rhanem. Zagora Wafa's Nacer Kachloul couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Marrakech Youssoufia. After a rather tough play, Zagora Wafa's Antalas Ali got a free kick in the 65th minute. Afaw Benthami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Zagora Wafa's Housni Jbilou got control of the ball when Salem Taouil tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute Bukkus Lamin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saad Bourkadi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Marrakech Youssoufia defense, Kamil Sarraj kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saad Bourkadi. The Marrakech Youssoufia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saad Bourkadi should have stopped the shot. Zagora Wafa's Bukkus Lamin got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zagora Wafa's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
