In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Imzouren Olympique's goalkeeper Amalu Anis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yazid Ziyati sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Essaouira Wifak's Murad Mousaber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atbir Lamin in the 30th minute of play. Essaouira Wifak's Murad Mousaber proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Essaouira Wifak from getting a goal against them. 37 minutes into the match, Essaouira Wifak's goalkeeper Murad Mousaber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rami El Bahri. Murad Mousaber was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rami El Bahri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 37 minute of play. After 42 played minutes Imzouren Olympique got a freekick which was hit by Abdelkhaliq Benjelloun. Essaouira Wifak's Yazid Ziyati got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jamil Bendriss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amalu Anis having to interfere.

Yazid Ziyatis short, quick shot in the 58thth minute got Amalu Anis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Winsen El Akchaoui charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Winsen El Akchaoui the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 60 played minutes Imzouren Olympique got a freekick which was hit by Winsen El Akchaoui. Murad Mousaber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rami El Bahri, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. The supporters of Imzouren Olympique booed when Essaouira Wifak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amalu Farras didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Atbir Lamin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jamil Bendriss struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Amalu Anis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Essaouira Wifak. Tanan Anis's late challenge caught a Imzouren Olympique's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tanan Anis helped the player get up and apologised. Tanan Anis hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Imzouren Olympique were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Essaouira Wifak for a fine match.
