Amenzu Sbai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Munsif Nekach in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to Beni Mellal getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Wali Mehdi hit a great ball. Munsif Nekach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amenzu Sbai having to interfere. In the 26th minute Afa El Bahri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amenzu Sbai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afa El Bahri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amenzu Sbai having to interfere. If Afa El Bahri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mokhtar Zaki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Boutahar Harthan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amenzu Sbai came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Mohammedia AS's Afa El Bahri. But to his dismay, Afa El Bahri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 45 minutes into the match, Beni Mellal's goal looked a bit too open when Munsif Nekach came free, but Amenzu Sbai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Beni Mellal players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mohammedia AS were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aderbal Boukhari to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Munsif Nekach left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mohammedia AS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The supporters of Mohammedia AS booed when Beni Mellal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Massinissa Benzouin didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Afer Molhamam from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Amenzu Sbai's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Afa El Bahri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amenzu Sbai having to make a save. Amenzu Sbai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Munsif Nekach went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Afa El Bahri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amenzu Sbai having to interfere. Fadel Boussaboun hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. If Afa El Bahri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Munsif Nekach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amenzu Sbai having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Beni Mellal got a freekick which was hit by Fadel Boussaboun. Mohammedia AS's Boutahar Harthan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mokhtar Zaki in the 85th minute of play. Mokhtar Zaki took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boutahar Harthan. Boutahar Harthan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. After 89 played minutes Beni Mellal got a freekick which was hit by Wali Mehdi. Boutahar Harthan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aderbal Boukhari in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Kamal Roumani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
