Abdelhafiz Aouita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Anir Tiberkanin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Tan-Tan's Ralib Ahanfouf sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aghbalu Bendahman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abdelhafiz Aouita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anir Tiberkanin having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jalal Roumani during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tan-Tan's Jalal Roumani got a free kick in the 31st minute. Kamal Dirar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Abdelhafiz Aouita ran back to his position shaking his head. Taroudant's Aghbalu Bendahman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Taroudant from getting a goal against them. Anir Tiberkanin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelhafiz Aouita, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abdelhafiz Aouita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Abdelhafiz Aouita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kamal Dirar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anir Tiberkanin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelhafiz Aouita in the 91st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Asmun Belmahjoub during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Taroudant! Despite being the better team, Taroudant failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
