Ayub Kouha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Idriss Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zaid Khlifi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute Ayub Kouha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Idriss Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osmane Rossi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ifrane's goalkeeper Idriss Rossi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zaid Khlifi in the 30th minute of play forced Ifrane's goalkeeper Idriss Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38thth minute of the game Ayub Kouha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ifrane's Idriss Rossi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Zaid Khlifi came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Azrou Renaissance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zaid Khlifi couldn't finish the play. Idriss Rossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zaid Khlifi went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ayub Kouha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Azrou Renaissance's Zaid Khlifi got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Ifrane's zone, Ayub Kouha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Idriss Rossi came out of the goal and Ayub Kouha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Zaid Khlifi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atrar Tafersit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moustafa Ahanfouf in the 64th minute of the match. When Zaid Khlifi came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Azrou Renaissance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zaid Khlifi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osmane Rossi in the 71st minute of play forced Azrou Renaissance's goalkeeper Atrar Tafersit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Idriss Rossi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zaid Khlifi in the 74th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Azrou Renaissance's Ayub Kouha slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Idriss Rossi. That made the score 1-3 after 77 minutes of play. Idriss Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayub Kouha, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 89th minute Ayub Kouha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Idriss Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Ifrane's goal looked a bit too open when Ayub Kouha came free, but Idriss Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afaw Tanjawi charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Afaw Tanjawi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, Ifrane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afaw Tanjawi to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 97 minutes, Ayub Kouha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azrou Renaissance's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ayub Kouha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Ifrane fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Azrou Renaissance were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
