Gulusa Ouhaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rouchd El Ouaryaghli having to interfere. Gulusa Ouhaki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gulusa Ouhaki in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rouchd El Ouaryaghli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rouchd El Ouaryaghli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Najim El Bassel in the 14th minute of play. Boutahar Doukali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Abdellatif Kouha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saad Ziati hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the game, Ben Taib's Gulusa Ouhaki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rouchd El Ouaryaghli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 31st minute Najim El Bassel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rouchd El Ouaryaghli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdellatif Kouha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Itri Zemmama in the 33rd minute. In the 37th minute, Saad Ziati hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ben Taib's Gulusa Ouhaki got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Itri Zemmama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 44 minutes into the match, Ben Taib's goalkeeper Abdellatif Kouha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Itri Zemmama. The Beni Mellal Raja players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ben Taib were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Gulusa Ouhaki made the kick off in the second half. If Ayrad Lamin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Itri Zemmama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the game, Beni Mellal Raja's Boutahar Doukali nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abdellatif Kouha made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 64 minutes, Tajeddine Soauri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beni Mellal Raja and the Ben Taib players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Gulusa Ouhaki came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Ben Taib fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gulusa Ouhaki couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gulusa Ouhaki in the 68th minute of play forced Beni Mellal Raja's goalkeeper Rouchd El Ouaryaghli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Ben Taib got a freekick which was hit by Ghalib Boualouch. After 83 played minutes Ben Taib got a freekick which was hit by Amestan El Amrani. In the 88th minute, Gulusa Ouhaki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rouchd El Ouaryaghli. The goal made the score 1-2. 92 minutes into the match, Ben Taib's goal looked a bit too open when Tajeddine Soauri came free, but Abdellatif Kouha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tajeddine Soauri was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Ben Taib booed when Beni Mellal Raja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tajeddine Soauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gulusa Ouhaki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rouchd El Ouaryaghli having to interfere. The Beni Mellal Raja supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ben Taib's performance. The match ended with a win for Ben Taib.
