Nasseh Azaouagh ran back to his position shaking his head. Soubhi Akachar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kamil Belhaj blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Winitran El Bahri having to make a save. A collision led to Figuig Difaa getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Raja El Zhar hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes Figuig Difaa got a freekick which was hit by Ayman Kolna Mgharba. When Kamil Belhaj came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Pocklington United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kamil Belhaj couldn't finish the play. In the 28thth minute of the game Massyl Baha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pocklington United's Jalal Arrafi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nasseh Azaouagh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Nasseh Azaouagh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Figuig Difaa's supporters rose to their feet, but Nasseh Azaouagh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jalal Arrafi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jalal Arrafi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Massyl Baha, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
