When the match had been going on for 9 minutes, Oujda Maghreb's Azayku Ouhaki got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Afalkay Zerouali. Salah Malki might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afalkay Zerouali. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salah Malki ran back to his position shaking his head. Loutfi El Bassel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Moutawakkil Akachar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Meddur Dirar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th match minute, Oujda Maghreb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izil Sinouh to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Swanton Abbot's Agerzam El Yaagoubi got a free kick in the 29th minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Salah Malki took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Afalkay Zerouali to make any attempt to save it. Meddur Dirar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Moutawakkil Akachar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oujda Maghreb's Moutawakkil Akachar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meddur Dirar in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute of the match Hisham Bosaroukh shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moutawakkil Akachar showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salah Malki was the one to do the kick off. Loutfi El Bassel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Moutawakkil Akachar firmly grabbed it by the left post. Moutawakkil Akachar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Meddur Dirar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Salah Malki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute Meddur Dirar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moutawakkil Akachar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, Loutfi El Bassel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Swanton Abbot's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loutfi El Bassel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Afalkay Zerouali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Usem Bourkadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loutfi El Bassel got free with Moutawakkil Akachar in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Igider Kouha hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match.
