The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Er Rachidia Hassania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asfru Boudarbala to maneuver through the defense. Faouzi Arazi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mamoun Louzani having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Salem Sarraj kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Agerzam Tiberkanin. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Wassim Kacemi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Agerzam Tiberkanin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salem Sarraj received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Agerzam Tiberkanin came out and tried to block the shot, but Salem Sarraj slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Salé's Zakariya Farid got a free kick in the 20th minute. Agerzam Tiberkanin came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Er Rachidia Hassania's Wassim Kacemi. But to his dismay, Wassim Kacemi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Abdelmajid Rwina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salé's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelmajid Rwina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mamoun Louzani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Er Rachidia Hassania's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelmajid Rwina came free, but Mamoun Louzani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 41 in the game by Salem Sarraj from a close distance when the talented Agerzam Tiberkanin managed to make a qualified save. Salé's players were relieved. Azulay Agazou's late challenge caught a Salé's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Azulay Agazou helped the player get up and apologised. In the 44th match minute, Er Rachidia Hassania was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Azulay Agazou to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

After some careless play in the Salé defense, Wassim Kacemi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agerzam Tiberkanin. The Salé fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agerzam Tiberkanin should have stopped the shot. Mamoun Louzani didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 64th minute, which inside left pole to 4-2. Mamoun Louzani made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Abdelmajid Rwina sent off a good shot on target. Wassim Kacemi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdelmajid Rwina got free with Mamoun Louzani in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abdelmajid Rwina succeeded in the game's 73rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-3. After some careless play in the Salé defense, Salem Sarraj kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agerzam Tiberkanin. The Salé fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agerzam Tiberkanin should have stopped the shot. Faouzi Arazi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mamoun Louzani having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Faouzi Arazi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mamoun Louzani, 5-4. When Salé's Abdelmajid Rwina in 93 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Mamoun Louzani guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 96thth minute of the game Salem Sarraj who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Salé's Agerzam Tiberkanin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Er Rachidia Hassania fans cheered their team off the field, for while Salé had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
