Moutawakkil Talih showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziad Jilaidi, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ziad Jilaidi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute, Settat Difaa's Ziad Jilaidi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Moutawakkil Talih. Moutawakkil Talih yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ziad Jilaidi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Moutawakkil Talih having to make a save. Settat Difaa's Misbah Tahiri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nouh Fakhir in the 30th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ben Taib Raja's zone, Ziad Jilaidi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moutawakkil Talih came out of the goal and Ziad Jilaidi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Igider Tanjawi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Settat Difaa's supporters rose to their feet, but Igider Tanjawi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moutawakkil Talih breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Taher Achik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moutawakkil Talih came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Settat Difaa's Igider Tanjawi. But to his dismay, Igider Tanjawi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ziad Jilaidi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ben Taib Raja's goalkeeper Moutawakkil Talih, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Yuba Bakkal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Settat Difaa's Salim Fouhami got a free kick in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taher Achik in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Misbah Tahiri saved Settat Difaa from getting behind. In the 61st minute Taher Achik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Misbah Tahiri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdellatif Louzani's late challenge caught a Settat Difaa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abdellatif Louzani helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th match minute, Ben Taib Raja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdellatif Louzani to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ben Taib Raja's zone, Igider Tanjawi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moutawakkil Talih came out of the goal and Igider Tanjawi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Misbah Tahiri made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Badr Bassir sent off a good shot on target. Misbah Tahiri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yuba Bakkal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nouh Fakhir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st match minute, Settat Difaa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salam Lahoua to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Settat Difaa's zone, Nouh Fakhir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Misbah Tahiri came out of the goal and Nouh Fakhir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yuba Bakkal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ben Taib Raja's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
