Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ouassim Rabeh made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelkabir Ziati in the 12th minute of play. Abdelkabir Ziati struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Ouassim Rabeh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Jadida Hillal. The supporters of El Jadida Hillal booed when Meknès was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ameqran Zeryouh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chakir El Guarrouj in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ouassim Rabeh, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abdelkabir Ziati was the one to do the kick off. When Zeineddine El Baz fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Jadida Hillal's protests and gave Zeineddine El Baz a yellow card for diving instead. Zeineddine El Baz hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 59 minutes of play, Meknès's Igider Molhamam made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Salem Lahoua was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Igider Molhamam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Igider Molhamam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Salem Lahoua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Igider Molhamam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Meknès's supporters rose to their feet, but Igider Molhamam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salem Lahoua breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Abdelkabir Ziati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salem Lahoua showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tahir Boukhari in the 91st minute of the match. Tahir Boukhari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meknès's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
